I ordered my wig on 4/18 and got it on 4/27. Fresh out of the box, it was really soft. I have a small head but I have a lot of hair so under my wig it fits good on my head! I have not installed it yet but it does not have a smell to it and the lace is not rough like it looks.

I love the hair it’s great. This is my second wig from them ..this is my go to hair company, my favorite. The only problem is it come with a weird smell. That was with my both of my wigs but I just washed it with some conditioner and the smell was gone. I would suggest the company work on that and the hair would be PERFECT . But I really do recommend.

The lace front was heavily pre plugged for my liking and I cut it off and it looks great. I wish I didn’t have to do that because I’ve lost an inch of the lace.
